As an effective management approach, campus card is an important symbol of modernschool management and it represents the developing trend of the informatics of the modernschool. Because of its potential ability of managing restaurant consumption, libraryexchanges etc., campus card has been applied in many environments such as supermarket,classroom, computer lab and access control. The development of strategic emerging industryhas become the world’s major countries’ strategic to grab a new round of economic andtechnology development. The decision explicitly pointed out that: for speeding up theconstruction of broadband, ubiquitous, integration, security of information networkinfrastructure, we need to promote a new generation of mobile communications with the nextgeneration Internet core equipment and the research and develop the industrialization ofintelligent terminal, and we also accelerate the triple play and promote the Internet of thingswith cloud computing research and demonstration application. To promote the furtherdevelopment of the campus card along the direction of financialization, and to takeadvantage of “Internet of Things”, this dissertation presents a plan: first, installsensor-embedding devices all around the campus, that is to say, to connect lavatory,classroom, library, dining room, dormitory, water supply into an “Internet of Things”; second,interact the “Internet of Things” with the campus network, which can achieve an networkedintelligent integration of teaching, living with campus systems and sources. Combing withthe concept of intelligent campus, this dissertation is to study the building of consumptionsystem, student attendance system, library management system, computer practice systemetc., according to the actual requirement of the Bohai University. The proposed frameworkof system is composed of three layers of architectures, i.e., one-card though center system,integrated management system and integrated business system, which has an applicationsystem enable to be extended latter and need not to revise the designed platform. The systemdesign proposed in this dissertation is accord with the international standard and the relateddomestic specification, which reaches the top level of domestic research and is feasible andeasy to implement. The functions of the proposed system are facilitate the schoolmanagement and teachers and students to use.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) We study the evolution and present situation analysis and draw the conclusion:with the advancement of campus digitalization, information process, common IC cardtechnology platform and its bearing features and application and the demands of thedevelopment of campus information, it is necessary to expand and ascend. The study ofone-card-through technical scheme in smart campus is accorded with the direction of theinformatics of modern campus,which has an advantage of combination with moderncommunication technology. As an important application of the Internet of Things,One-card-through platform on mobile phone is more advanced in the idea of design,morehumanized in use,and more convenient in technical upgrading.(2) The related techniques of one-card-through technical scheme are analyzed andstudied. From the aspects such as design concept,technical scheme,the application range,the mobile phone IC card technique are undertaken systemic analysis and research.According to the idea of hierarchical system design,the layered design of overall system isperformed. The principle of one-card-through platform on mobile phone is further studied,and the plan is proposed with the detailed design of consumption subsystem, attendancechecking subsystem,library management subsystem. The security problem of the abovesubsystems is analyzed from the network installation, terminal system, data transmission etc.with a series of detailed solutions.(3) This paper further studied the popularization and application in the campus. Aphone card from demand orientation, personalized needs development, concreteimplementation, such as after-sales service for the specification and the summary, hasbeen clear about the mobile phone id further improvement Suggestions, for the futuredevelopment was discussed in this paper.
