A Research Of The Spreading And Early Warning Mechanism Of Online Public Opinions Based On Weibo

For the SNS communication characteristics and UGC information production mode, Internet information has been greatly enriched since the appearance of Weibo. Weibo makes it easier for information fragments from anybody to be attractive. With the development of modern technology, real society is affected by Internet deeper and deeper. The transmission of public opinion on Weibo shows the influence exactly from a special perspective.Online public opinion impacts social governance a lot. With theory integration, model construction, empirical analysis as logical order, existing classical theories and cases in the past years are studied systematically in the beginning of paper. Furthermore, cause, characteristics and communication process are analyzed. The general way of public sentiments’ diffusion was summarized as followed: appearance as a single spot, wave transformation, massive participation, deep frame solution and reality destruction. With the way mentioned above, mode of public sentiments’ diffusion can be described as formation, outbreak, remission, pacification and reappearance. With the very basis, general model of public sentiments’ was put forward, which is bringing forward hypothesis, variable selecting, model construction and verification. For the last part, early warning mechanism is constructed by 3 stages according to the evolving path, which is climax warning during incubation period, negative warning during diffusion period and derived sentiments during paracme period. As conclusion, perfecting legal system, improving tissues development, enhancing information selecting, monitoring platform’s optimization and enhancing supervising and leading are discussed as related measures.New situation has been appearing continuously since 6 years ago. With new ideas and theories about Internet and social governance of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the paper tried to research the issue with multiple perspectives. The model of the paper can not only enrich the theories system, but also benefits practical problems’ solution. With development of mobile internet and deeping of social governance, how to lead the online public sentiments more efficiency will be the next step of research in this paper.
