| 3G, is the third generation mobile communication system, which support high speed data transmission of cellular mobile Communication technology. The main difference between3G and2G. is that the transfer rate of3G multimedia is faster than2G.3G can not only better realize the wireless roaming in the world, but also deal with some kinds of media forms, such as images, audio, video stream and so on. It also supply many kinds of information service, including web browsing, mobile conference, electronic commerce and so on. It can support different data transfer rates, that can support at least2Mbps in the door, at least384kbps out the door, and at least144kbps on driving, the data transfer rates which are changed according to the network environment.This paper researches and realizes the wireless video conference system based on the3G. Firstly, the protocol composition of RTP/RTCP and its control process and its application are introduced comprehensively. At the same time, the paper also elaborates the contents which include the principle of WinCE and its customization process and the structural principle of the DirectShow technology as well as how to use DirectShow technology based on WinCE. Then, this paper discusses the overall structure, the sender and the receiver structure, audio and video coordination treatment method of the video conference system based on DirectShow technology, and designs the system framework scheme. Then, using the scheme as the foundation, this paper chooses ARM11chip (Samsung S3C6410) as the embedded mainboard of the main processor-Mini6410, which is used as embedded development platform. And this paper uses ordinary USB cameras as video collector, and wireless transmission module uses the3G wireless network card based on WCDMA as hardware system to build development environment, and realizes the system scheme. Finally, this paper looks further into the distance to the research and application prospects of the system. |
