Office Automation, the basic usage of OA system is to help the enterpriseOffice Automation, so the employees could log on OA Portal to finish dailyapplication or approval process, to save much time and improve the workefficiency, meanwhile, more clear the rights and liabilities.Enterprise Resource Planning, which is based on computer technology,manage resources (including logistic, personnel, funds, information flow), andintegrate the customer needs, company operation activities&suppliers resources,so as to provide solution of product cost, improve work efficiency, and fundsoperation situation to the enterprises designer, make itself to be the brand newand effective management method, also meet user demand management.SAP（Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing）is the best ERPsystem, which represent the advanced management theories, excellent softwaredesign. Meanwhile, SAP provides professional solution for all walk of industry,as well as provides the best management system.This project main research the integration scheme design&realizationbetween OA and SAP application module, based on the business function needs,design the data input&output between OA and SAP; design the OA data baseand SAP transparent form, then realize the data transfer through SAP RFCfunction, and make use of system interface, to realize the Domino work flowengine integration. In this project, we realize the SAP FI, MM and master datamodule. The financial business process includes: fees reimbursement mag.,entertainment reimbursement mag., transportation reimbursement mag., businesstrip reimbursement mag., reverse mag.; The purchase business process includes:purchase application, advance payment application, purchase acceptance checkreimbursement. Based on the OA process form, analysis the business andinformation flow, OA take use of Java Script, SAP use BAPI of RFC function,edit the SAP integration function program by ABAP. At the test stage, compilethe test use case scene, simulate the real business, take the unit&integration test,then optimize the system based on the test outcome, make it more hommization.According to the research, as well as the actual business needs, realize theintegration of OA and SAP system, improve the work efficiency, reduces theproduction cost effectively, accomplish the goal of this project.
