| Based on documentary research and field research，this paper make a study onthe current archival opening work of China’s comprehensive archives. The articleis divided into five sections. The main contents are as follows: The first chapterdescribes the background and significance of the research, research content andmethods, the difficulties, lack and innovation of this research, and also in thischapter has mainly combs on the research of archival opening at home and abroad.Chapter Ⅱoutlined some base problems of the archival opening work in thecomprehensive archives, include the characteristics and functions of thecomprehensive archives; the connotation and related concepts of archival opening.Then make clear the specific content and important meaning of the archivalopening. Chapter Ⅲis the result of investigation on the current work ofcomprehensive archives’ archival opening. This chapter divided into threeaspects——resource development, institutional building and security measures.The information and data all achieve by field visits and online research. Chapter Ⅳanalyzes the achievements, problems and bottlenecks in the development of thearchival opening work in the comprehensive archives. Chapter Ⅴ based on currentbottlenecks encountered in the archival opening in comprehensive archives, putsfollowing five development ideas, management reform, resource development,institutional support, user training, environmental optimization, in order to promotethe work of archival opening in the comprehensive archives. |
