The Main Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Archives In The New Period

The main problems and countermeasures in the development of archival cause in the new period are the important parts of the research on the development of archival cause.Carrying out the research on the main problems and countermeasures faced by the development of archival cause in the new period can enrich the contents of archival science and have certain practical significance to the modernization development of archival cause.After the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,China entered a new period of comprehensively deepening reform,and the archival cause also ushered in a new period of development.With this as the starting point,this paper sorts out and analyzes the development status of the archival cause,puts forward the four major problems faced by the archival cause in the new period,analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research idea and the main content,the research purpose and the innovation.The second part analyzes the main problems in the development of archives in the new period.Guided by the principles of scientism,operability and foresight,this paper analyzes the four dimensions of archival laws and regulations,archival informatization,archival talents,and archival propaganda,and finds that the development of archival undertakings in China has some problems,such as the weakness of the protection function of the archives laws and regulations,the low level of information construction,the lack of the compound archives talents and the lag of the archives propaganda work.The third part analyzes the countermeasures to solve the problems in the development of archives in the new period.It puts forward corresponding countermeasures from improving the system of archival laws and regulations,promoting the process of archival informatization,optimizing the training mode of compound talents and opening up the new situation of archival publicity work.The fourth part is the conclusion,summarizes the main points of the thesis,points out the shortcomings of the research and puts forward the direction of the future efforts.
