Human beings have entered the DT era from the IT era,and data has gradually risen to the height of national strategy.Data-driven is a product of the era of big data."Data-driven" emphasizes a problem-solving method,which is based on data and drives development.With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,the Internet,and big data,the importance of data has become increasingly prominent.How to make good use of data and turn data into driving forces has become a hot topic in various fields.The same is true in the field of archives.The comprehensive provincial archives contain rich data resources,including not only electronic archive resources,but also data generated by system work.How to deal with and utilize these data in the era of rapid technological development is the most effective Problems and challenges faced by provincial comprehensive archives.It is of great significance to implement data-driven concepts and methods in the construction,integration,sharing,utilization and service of digital archives.Through prying system data analysis archives need to improve the links,improve the efficiency of archive management and upgrade service capabilities;develop and reorganize archive data resources based on data thinking,activate the secondary use of archives,explore the potential value of archive resources,which is also data-driven The significance of the method concept applied to the construction of archives.First of all,this article is mainly based on the research of domestic and foreign data-driven related literature,to understand the connotation of data-driven,data-driven as a new development model and driving force,combined with the application of comprehensive archives to carry out data application research,sort out and summarize the provincial level In order to clarify the research direction and content of this article,the comprehensive archives' implementation of data-driven concepts and deficiencies in data-driven application research.Secondly,based on the relatively complete construction of archives in Zhejiang and Shanghai and the integrated development plan of archives in the Yangtze River Delta,the archives of Zhejiang,Shanghai,Anhui,Jiangsu and the comprehensive archives of Hunan Province where our school is located are selected.Field surveys,expert interviews,network surveys,literature surveys,telephone consultations,etc.,have a more realistic understanding of the basic status of the application of data-driven concepts in the current provincial comprehensive archives in China,and the achievements of the current research content It is summarized and analyzed,and at the same time,some of the problems revealed and exposed are comprehensively explained,which lays the foundation for solving how to apply the data-driven concept to the comprehensive archives.Finally,from the perspectives of concept propaganda,top-level design,standard system,resource integration,development mode,guarantee elements,etc.,basic suggestions on how to use data-driven to better promote the development of comprehensive archives are put forward to promote the construction of data-driven archives.Provide ideas to effectively improve the resource construction capabilities,digital resource management and data sharing capabilities,data utilization capabilities and service capabilities of the comprehensive archives,so as to better meet the people's cultural needs.
