With the rapid and sustained development of China’s economy, and traffic flow and rotation volume offreight transport are increasing, vehicle overloading and over-ranging transportation issues become acommon phenomenon. Thus, management of the problems has become the focus of attention nowadays. Itis so necessary that research and application of high-speed precheck and overloading detectionmanagement system of transfinite station.This research mainly studies the high-speed precheck and overloading detection management systemof transfinite station, especially the non-stop weighing precheck system, which is based on piezoelectricintegrated traffic information collection technology.And the process is as follows:To begin with, the research makes a brief introduction of high-speed precheck and overloadingdetection management system of transfinite station, involving the design and principles of the system,overall architecture, and workflow and deployment scheme. Then, the author further studies piezoelectricintegrated traffic information collection technology based on the affecting factors of measuring accuracy inthe process of dynamic weighing and vehicle classification algorithm. It also specifies the research ofsystem device. Finally, the study emphasis the design and implementation of non-stop weighing prechecksystem, making a brief introduction to the form and the workflow of the system. It explains the processdesign of axle load, license information collection, overloading judgment, license information acquisitionof retrograde vehicle, information storage, information dissemination, query and statistical analysis. At thesame time, the author analyzes the axle load detection systems, license recognition, overloading detection,information dissemination, broadcasting, inquiry statistics, data reporting and parameter settings. What’smore, this study is on the basis of Windows platform, employing the Visual studio C#2010as adevelopment environment, and using C#programming language and object-oriented programmingtechniques to realize the database design, software design, interface design and debugging of the systems.This system have trial run for10months in Xinyuan transfinite station of Xinxiang, from the point ofpractical application effect, it is not only enhancing the degree of information of the work sites andefficiency of site enforcement, but also realizes the sharing of related resources of information management and the supervisory control of network.
