The Research On The Prevention Of The University Network Of Misconduct

As the rapid development of the electronic information technology in 21 st century, the network has become a necessity in people’s daily life. With the gradual penetration of the network, it has greatly changed people’s work, study and life,even the way of thinking. College students are regarded as the group of active thinking. As one of the most important parts of Internet users in China, they are enjoying the fast life brought by the network information technology. But we must remember that the network is a double-edged sword. It can make college students’ life convenient, provide vast amount of valuable information. But at the same time, it also provides the convenient conditions for the college students’ misconduct network behavior because of its virtual and inauthentic characteristics.The problem which must be solved by country, colleges, and society is how to prevent college students’ misconduct network behavior, and to guide college students surfing the Internet healthily and legally. At present, to prevent college students’ misconduct network behavior, our country has taken some measures, such as legal constraints, social regulation s and further education. Furthermore it has achieved some results. But due to the development of the network starts late in China, the relevant system is not sound, the theory of network behavior is relatively weak. The phenomenon of college students’ misconduct network behavior is still serious in our country, and it has become a big threat to the social’s stability.Therefore, this paper writes from the angle of the effective prevention of college students’ misconduct network behavior, and the research idea is "find problems- ask questions- analysis problems- solve problems". First, on the basis of previous studies, this paper illustrates the related concepts of college students’ misconduct network behavior and basic types. Second, according to the empirical investigation and researching, questionnaire and interview, detailed analysis o f the manifestation of college students’ misconduct network behavior. At the same time, it summarizes the legislative system of our country, social regulation, college education, students’ self education aspects of preventive measures and problems. Finally, by studying the advanced experience of abroad, we should follow the general ideas that prevent of college students’ misconduct network behavior. We should abide the ideas of the institutional constraints combined with a university education, social supervision with personal constraints, offline combining education with online channel. At the same time, combining with our national condition, proposing the effectively methods to prevent college students’ misconduct network behavior, such as perfecting laws and regulations in colleges and universities, strengthening the management, improving the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and strengthen the ability of students’ network self-discipline. Trying to effectively regulate the college students’ network behavior, build clear network environment, and maintain an orderly network order.
