How is the service condition of network going with the College students.the training object and the main users in campus?The total number of Chinese netizen is4.57hundred million. divided by occupation structure,the top one is student netizen, accounted for30.6%, and about1.39hundred million. Divided by age structure.the top one is the people of20-29age.accounted for29.8%. and about1.36hundred million.From the data of the China Internet Network Information Center,we can see that college students have a great love on the network.Currently,college students have more time to enrich themselves, they eager to accept new things and learn professional knowledge.Network is such a convenient and efficient platform to meet their needs.Even so, as they just entered adulthood, to be short of social experiences, they cannot make effectively use of network. In this case, we need to guide them with the correct world view, sense of worth and philosophy.The first step of this paper is to collect the basic information of the network behaviors of college students through the questionnaire.then use the SPSS to analyze the differences of the network behaviors of college students in different grades and genders.In order to carry out targeted foundation of Ideological and Political Education of network. The second step is to analyze the actual situation of the unhealthy network behaviors of college students from the data.The third step is to present a set of effective teaching methods, which is made up of Ideological and Political Education of network and management system of the network behaviors, for the college to educate and manage the network behaviors of college students effectively.
