In2014, in order to implement the spirit of the eighteen Congress of the partyand the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen thoroughly. At the background of theMinistry of education to solve the major issues on education reform anddevelopment,the Ministry of education put forward that we should with an emphasison promoting equity in education and improving the quality of education as thefocus.The fairness of education is the only way which passed to construct harmonioussociety, it is the social justice in the field of education expansion and reflection,and itis an important value orientation of harmonious society. With the development ofeducation, everyone has the equal right to education, but it doesn`t mean that everyindividual has the opportunity.So the research on educational equity is frommacroscopical field to the micro field, classroom teaching fair is the reflect in microdomain, and how to realize the fairness of classroom teaching has become animportant topic to be solved.This paper is based on the basic theory of education and reality world,it mainlyfollow the framework:The introduction part. This part mainly expatiates on the basis of reality: theorigin of research,the significance of research, the literature review and the method ofresearch.The first chapter, the pursuit of the fairness of classroom teaching. This chapterfirst discusses the connotation and characteristics of fairness, and make the definitionof classroom teaching equality,the basic requirements of the fairness of classroomteaching and its important significance were put forward, and the theoretic basis forthe following to examine and analyze the classroom teaching unfair problems wasprovided.The second chapter, the realistic review of the equality of classroom teaching.Unfair phenomena in this part is firstly revealed in the reality of classroom teaching,such as the learning resources, the evaluation of classroom teaching, the care forstudents`growth. Then attributed to lack of equality in classroom teaching.The third chapter,the countermeasures of the fairness of classroom teaching.Finally, the conclusion part of the article. The aim of this part is to summarizeand reflect on the system.
