With the constant development and progress of the society, it becomes possible for everybody to enjoy equal rights of receiving education. However, enjoying these rights doesn't mean getting the same chance of developing oneself as others. There are some unfair phenomena in classroom instruction, which leads to developmental inequality of different individuals, influencing the effect of classroom instruction. Thus, how to realize the fairness of classroom instruction becomes an important problem demanding a prompt solution.The fairness of classroom instruction experiences three stages: previous period, sprouting period and developing period. On the logic it can be divided into two different ideas: one takes colony's unity as characteristic, the other takes the individual development to meet the individual difference as characteristic.Rawls's Justice, Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory, Inclusive Education Theory offer the theoretical foundation for us to pursue and realize the fairness of classroom instruction.But there exists a serious unfairness with classroom instruction in space resources, teacher-student intercourse, instruction content and evaluation criteria, which affects not only the development of teachers and students, but the process of educational and social democratization. All these can be attributed to outer social personal relationship, the value orientation of snobbishness, exam-oriented education, existent dogmatic instructional organization forms, teachers' qualities and the construction loss of profession ethics and so on.Presently, the domestic and international education circle has put forward several ideas and modes for the fairness of instruction. For example, Rogers's Humanism Teaching Theory, Constructivism Teaching Thoughts, Individualized Teaching Thoughts, Stratified Teaching and Class-size Reduction reforms. These offer us reference and help to promote the realization the fairness of classroom instruction. In order to promote the fairness of classroom instruction, the teachers must follow such principles as equality, difference and development, and renovate the classroom instruction ideas, improve their qualities. Furthermore, we should plan the new evaluation mechanism and enrich the instruction content.
