Classroom teaching is the practical field and the main positions of the education. Its fair will be directly related to individual development, synchronously representing fairness of education and the level of implement, so it can't be overlook. Fairness of classroom teaching is not get to the absolute same developed result of each student, but at least we can provide the fair classroom teaching environment and providing equal learning opportunity and justice evaluation to each student.Classroom teaching needs teachers respect every student, and have no discrimination to them. On the basis, they should give the students differentiated education, to ensure they can get maximum development at their original level. This research bases on the developmental differences of the students, we should adopt different tactics to do with them and improve the similar trend in all aspects of students. So we can do deep research in fairness of classroom differences and fairness of classroom increment. Fairness of classroom differences put focus on the differences of teaching process and the results, and emphasizing the personal development of students. Fairness of classroom increment put focus on the fairness of results. However, the results are not absolute, but emphasize the fairness of varying result. It is a comparative fairness, not a absolute fairness.This research starts from the concept of fairness of classroom teaching, defining the fairness and fairness of classroom teaching, and pointing its characteristics. Then, this research does deepening study from the perspective of differences fairness and increment fairness. After the historical narrative to differences fairness and increment fairness, it points their core content and necessity. Finally, it proposes some deepening realizable ways of fairness of classroom teaching. From how to establish and implement new concept of fairness of classroom teaching, building the appraisal system accord to new concept of fairness of classroom teaching, and make sure the achievement of fairness of classroom teaching.In short, the aim of this paper is under the leadership of fairness of classroom differences and fairness of classroom increment, basing on each student's existing foundation, respecting students'differences, promoting the individual development of students. This paper try to make every student have the similar developing trend, getting the fair and acceptable increment, improving the development of all the students and improving further promotion of fairness of classroom teaching.
