Aging after entering the 21 st century is the outstanding problems confronted by the world, and disability, old man or part of the problem of disability, the elderly long-term care is also in the aging process of rapid development in China is to solve the key problem urgently. Because our country special national conditions of the development of the socialist society, family care is still lost to the old man preferred care nursing in decades.Aiming at the problem of disability, the elderly family caregivers has attracted the attention of a great social scholars gradually, but the government, society, not to fail the old man family caregivers provide special social support this group. Changchun city as early as2006 has entered the aging cities, in the national belongs to the relatively late to enter the aging of the city, but especially rapidly ageing population growth. Changchun city faced with such serious trend of an aging population, disability, disability elderly care and nursing care of the situation will become even more pressing, and take care of that of family caregivers of elders more vulnerable groups in the vulnerable groups.
