Due to the rapid development of modern society, everyone's lifestyle today also has a lot of changes, at the same time, the social pressure is increasing, which leads to various types of mental illness is becoming more and more frequent, and the frequency of autism is also getting higher and higher. According to statistics, since 1978, our country has a study of children with autism, starting in 2005, autism patients was listed in the directory for the disabled in our country, the number has increased year by year. According to the second national handicapped person sampling survey data show that in 0 ~ 17 years old mental disability main reason of disabled children, autism in second place,at 0 ~ 3 years old, 4 ~ 5 years of age in the two age, is highest in the first place. According to statistics, one in every 150 infants is autism. For now, however, the social public to the symptoms of autism is poorly understood, and relevant rehabilitation institutions in the society quantity is little, shoddy, software and hardware facilities are not complete, and the related security policy cannot be introduced in a timely manner to deal with the problem, which makes the original is under great pressure of family caregivers of children with autism, but also in the social public's ignorance and apathy cannot get timely and effective support and help is on the verge of collapse at any time, whatever on the physiological and psychological.The paper takes Shanghai some autistic children's family caregivers(mom) as a client, using the perspective of social support understanding, analysis, and try to intervene. The author introduced by related personnel, access to the autistic children xiao sheng's mother, through interviews, field visits, methods such as literature studies, the analysis the family caregivers facing difficulties at the present stage, and social support in the past, both formal and informal support, and on this basis, the author uses the acquisition of professional knowledge, try the family caregivers of autistic children to social work intervention, mainly from the concept to guide and the actual service intervention activities, for autistic children's parents to provide what they need and personalized professional services, to help them solve the problem, reshape the family structure, improve the social support, raising children with autism as good as possible into the society, the family caregivers can improve their social value.
