The Observation On The Effect Of Trolamine Cream On Chronic Eczema

Objective: Observation of trolamine cream on the efficacy and safety of chronic eczema in plateau environment, for the application of clinical trolamine cream provides the basis.Methods: A total of 88 patients enrolled, the control group was treated with antihistamine medications, and topical corticosteroid ointment, experimental group with the control group on the basis of the same treatment of topical trolamine cream, before treatment and after treatment for 7 days and 14 days to observed the indicators score, calculation before and after the treatment with the therapeutic index and efficiency.Results: In the experimental group and the control group respectively in the treatment for 7 days, 14 days after curative effect index contrast, the higher age group and low age group in 7 days and 14 days late after treatment efficacy index contrast, P less than 0.05, there were significant difference. The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the efficacy of the high age group was better than that of the low age group, the experimental group and the control group after 14 days of treatment higher than the 7 days after treatment.Conclusion: Trolamine cream effective for chronic eczema patients who living on Plateau environment is safe and has good therapeutic effect, has certain application value in clinic. Trolamine cream has good curative effect on old age chronic eczema patients who living on Plateau environment.
