Clinical Efficacy And Effects On Hemorheology Of Patients With Hemiplegia After Ischemic Stroke Treated By The Combination Of The Ju-needling And Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe effects on Hemorheology and Neuropsychology scores of the Qi deficiency and Blood stasis ischemic hemiplegia patients, this study evaluates clinical effects of combination of Ju-needling and Huoxue tongluo mixture so as to improve clinical treatments for further promotion.Methods:105 cases of the Qi deficiency and Blood stasis ischemic stroke hemiplegic patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into Ju-needling group, Chinese medicine group, Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group. Each group of 35 cases. All the patients were given conventional western medicine therapy,on this basis, Ju-needling group was given acupuncture(Ju-needling) treatment, the Chinese medicine group was given xuzhou hospital affiliated hospital of nanjing medical university homemade invigorate the circulation of the huoxue tongluo mixture treatment, Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group adopt the method of Ju-needling group and Chinese medicine group for treatment. The 3 groups were treated with 10 d for 1 courses of treatment,treat 2 courses of treatment, and each course of treatment was 2 days.The changes of hemodynamic indexes( whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation equation K value)and neural function scores before and after treatment in all the groups were observed and the curative effects were compared.Results:The efficiency rate of Ju-needling group 80.00%, Chinese medicine group 82.86%, Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group 94.29%. the improvements in Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were better than that in macro-needling group, Chinese medicine group(p all <0.05), no significant difference was found between Ju-needling group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).After treatment, all the hemodynamic indexes were improved in the three groups(p all <0.05), the improvements in Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were better than that in Ju-needling group, Chinese medicine group(p all <0.05), no significant difference was found between Ju-needling group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05). The neural function scores were increased after treatment in all the groups compared with that before treatment, the scores in Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were better than that in Ju-needling group, Chinese medicine group(p all <0.05), no significant difference was found between Ju-needling group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ju-needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis ischemic stroke patients with obvious curative effect, the therapeutic effect may be related to the decrease of the indexes of hemorheology, by improving the state of "concentration, viscosity, coagulation, stagnation", and so on, significantly improved nervous system function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
