The Exploration On Clinical Efficacy Of Ischemic Stroke In The Decubation By Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy

Objective:By using Bu qi mai tong prescription combined with acupuncture, massage, function of limbs rehabilitation training, the clinical efficacy on the imrovements of nervous functional defects and motor functions of ischemic stroke patients those who are in the type of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood in the decubation was explored.Methods:A total of140ischemic stroke patients who were in the type of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood, were divided randomly into treatment group(n=70) and control group (n=70). The patients in the control group were treated with the function of limbs rehabilitation training based on internal medicine therapy and the other group were treated with not only the above, but also Bu qi mai tong prescription, acupuncture, massage as well as other systematic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The TCM symptom classifying quantization table based on stroke patients those who were in the type of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer assessment, Fugl-Meyer balance scale, MMSE scale,improved Ashworth scale and Barthel exponential scale were chosed for the evaluation.Result:Compared with control group, after treatment, the parameters of the scales in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer assessment, Fugl-Meyer balance scale, MMSE scale,improved Ashworth scale and Barthel exponential scale, were all improved obviously(p<0.05) in treatment group.Conclusion:According to the study, it suggests that the clinical efficacy of ischemic stroke patients those who are in the type of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood in the decubation could be improved significantly by treating with Bu qi mai tong prescription combined with acupuncture, massage, function of limbs rehabilitation training.
