Analysis Of Clinical Data Of 300 Cases Of Insomnia After Ischemic Stroke And Study Of The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Based on the TCM Inheritance Assist Platform(V2.5),the clinical data and medication situation of insomnia after ischemic stroke were collected for statistical analysis,and the medication rules were discussed,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of insomnia after ischemic stroke with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Based on data mining system,using the "medical model","association rules"and "complex entropy clustering analysis" unsupervised data mining methods,such as,selecting 300 cases of ischemic stroke patients with insomnia after medical information(patients from January 2020-December 2020 geriatrics department changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital patients by screening out).To summarize the rule of medication and prescription of insomnia after ischemic stroke,and to get a new prescription.Results:Women suffer more than men;They were mainly aged between 56 and 65 years old.The most common syndrome type was Qi deficiency and blood stasis,followed by Qi and Yin deficiency and mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.The top 10 drugs in the list of drug use frequency were:Ligusticum chuanxiong(the first),Salvia miltiorrhiza(the second),Zizyphus jujube(the third),Angelica sinensis(the second),poria cocos(the second),astragalus membranaceus(the astragalus),Dangshen(the fourth),Acorus gramineus(the fourth),and Radix acaricus(the fourth).In terms of medication,warm drugs and sweet drugs were the main ones,and the most drugs were to return to the heart meridian.After complex entropy clustering analysis,six core drug combinations of 3-6 drugs were obtained.On this basis,three new prescriptions were obtained(using unsupervised entropy clustering algorithm):Fang 1 was composed of Asparagus asparagus,Angelica sinensis,Rehmanniae glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Ligusti cum chuanxiong and Zizyphus acidum;Fang 2 consists of Ligusticum chuanxiong,red peony root,jujube seed,Dangshen,Astragalus membranaceus,Acorus calamus and Radix Polygoni;Fangsanmai is composed of winter,rehmannia glutinosa,white cardamom and root root.Conclusion:Due to the physiological and psychological specificity of females,the prevalence rate of females was significantly higher than that of males,and the ages were concentrated between 56-65 years old,accounting for 37.7%of the total included population.The clinical drugs were mainly Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,jujube seed,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,Dangshen,Acorus gramineus and Radix Polygoni.The drugs were mainly sweet and warm,and the most of the drugs were into the heart meridian.It can be found that the most frequent drug pairs are:Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus membranaceus,Dangshen and Angelica;At the same time,using correlation analysis,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,and cluster analysis,we can get the specific core combination and new prescription.
