Our country has established the county and township (town) or village and a three-level network of medical prevention, set up a clinic in the village and township (town) health hospital, the health service institutions at the county level are built county general hospital and the hospital. The establishment of a three-level network of medical prevention and health care to rural residents to provide a full range of preventive health care services, at the same time can meet the demand of rural residents of different level medical. County and township (town) or village level health service agencies and organizations constitute the rural health service system. Existing rural health service system in China in general accord with the requirement of the effectiveness of health services and economy, but also exists some problems worthy of attention, should actively explore solutions,To adapt to the socialist market economy under the conditions of demand for health service system. Especially as a three-level health service net of the population of the village medical and health services question seems particularly outstanding, this paper takes hunan xinhua’s village-level medical and health services, for example, analyzes the problems existing in the village health posts and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper firstly introduces the domestic development of the basic rural medical and health services, and then discusses the related theory of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction evaluation model and index system both at home and abroad. Combining of xinhua county of hunan province rural medical and health services at the village residents satisfaction survey example is given to illustrate the implementation steps of measurement, data analysis and improvement measures are put forward according to the results of the analysis. Four points in empirical study, this paper, by using graph model, the GAPS gap analysis model, the fuzzy characteristics of the statistical analysis methods such as quantitative methods, the importance of various influence factors of customer satisfaction, expectation and indicators at various levels of customer satisfaction assessment done more comprehensive research. At the end of the paper, according to research conclusions, on how to carry the high satisfaction for residents of village-level medical and health services related to strengthen the residents health advice.
