| Basic medical services in rural areas are not only a weak link in China’s medical and health development,but also an important part of the reform and development of the medical system.Therefore,understanding and evaluating the satisfaction of rural residents with basic medical services is of great practical significance.In recent years,D County of Suzhou City has issued many policy documents on basic medical services for rural residents,always placing basic medical services as the focus of rural medical reform.Based on this,this study aims to understand the current situation of the reform of the basic medical service system for rural residents in D County,Suzhou City,analyze the main reasons that hinder the in-depth implementation of the basic medical service system for rural residents in that area,and provide reasonable suggestions for improving the satisfaction of rural residents with basic medical services in D County,Suzhou City.This article uses survey questionnaires,SPSS statistical analysis methods,and other methods to distribute survey questionnaires to rural residents in D County,Suzhou City.A total of 350 valid questionnaires were collected.On the basis of questionnaire data,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and other methods are used to further discuss the impact of demographic characteristics,residents’ expectations,perceived quality,perceived value,reputation of medical institutions,and residents’ trust on the satisfaction of basic medical services for rural residents.The research conclusion is as follows: Rural residents’ satisfaction with basic medical services in D County,Suzhou City is at a moderate level;In terms of demographic characteristics,age,occupation,educational level,and average monthly household income all have a significant impact on the satisfaction of rural residents with basic medical services;There is a significant positive correlation between perceived quality,perceived value,reputation of medical institutions,resident trust,and satisfaction with basic medical services among rural residents.Only residents’ expectations have a negative correlation with satisfaction with basic medical services among rural residents,with a correlation coefficient of-0.635,which verifies the five hypotheses proposed by the author.Based on the research results,countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to improve residents’ satisfaction with basic medical services: firstly,to enhance information services based on individual differences;Secondly,improve the overall level of medical institutions and enhance the perceived quality of residents;Thirdly,strengthen publicity efforts to improve the reputation of medical institutions;Fourth,improve the security system and enhance residents’ perceived value;The fifth is to provide differentiated services and accurately grasp residents’ expectations. |
