The Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Chinese And Western Medicine To Improve Constipation Symptoms, Quality Of Life Enjoyment And Emotional Symptoms In Patients With Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Constipation

Objective:To observe and contrast the effect of Wenyang prescription laxative, Prucalopridei succinate, Prucalopridei succinate and Forlax on the constipation symptoms, Quality of Life enjoyment and sarisfaction and emotional symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type chronic functional constipation patients.Methods:Method of syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type functional constipation diagnosis adopt combination of disease and syndrome differentiation method,The diagnosis of "disease" with reference to the international flmctional gastrointestinal disease(FGIDS) RomeⅢ(RomeⅢ)standards;Diagnostic criteria of syndrome differentiation according to chronic constipation in TCM diagnosis and treatment of consensus on Chinese traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach disease in 2011 and slow transit constipation of TCM clinical pathway, the scheme of diagnosis and treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type constipation dialectical divided into standard type of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2011.65 patients discriminated with spleen kidney yang deficiency type of functional constipation of TCM from Nanjing City Chinese medicine hospital anorectal treatment satisfied the clinical observation from March 2015 to January 2016,divided into 3 groups, Wenyang prescription laxative group 21 cases, Prucalopridei succinate group (23 cases), Prucalopridei succinate and Forlax group 21 cases, medicined respectively for 4 weeks.constipation symptoms, Quality of Life enjoyment and sarisfaction and emotional symptoms of the patients with constipation were compared with the three groups cross-reference and one group own control before and after treatment.Before and after treatment in all patients fill out chronic constipation severity Rating scale (CCS scale); General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7 scale), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),the Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire-Short Form (Q-LES-Q-SF). According to the changes of symptoms and score changes the curative effects were observed and compared. Finally, the input data SPSS 17.0 software for data processing.Results After treatment, three groups of patients with constipation symptoms, Quality of Life enjoyment and sarisfaction and emotional symptoms were improved than before treatment, there was significant statistical significance (P<0.05).Beforer treatment, the scores of constipation symptoms, Quality of Life enjoyment and sarisfaction and emotional symptoms of three groups of patients had no significant difference (P>0.05);after treatment, two groups of Prucalopride Succinate and Prucalopride Succinate and Forlax about the clinical symptoms score were compared, have no statistical significance (P> 0.05); in frequency of defecation and laborious situation aspects,the other two groups were statistically significant than wenyang prescription laxative group(P<0.05), the other aspects in the treatment of constipation symptoms, the three groups of drugs were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).There was no statistical significance between the three groups in anxiety and depression state score, but in the quality of life and satisfaction, Wenyang prescription laxative group was significantly better than the other two groups (p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)In the frequency of defecation, defecation effort, Wenyang prescription laxative group was less than the other two groups; in the quality of life and satisfaction, Wenyang prescription laxative group was better than the other two groups, the rest of the three groups had no statistical significance.(2)Patients with functional constipation were often associated with abnormal emotional state (anxiety, depression). The scores were higher than the normal level. (3)with the improvement of symptoms in patients with constipation, the mood of abnormal symptoms (anxiety, depression) also followed a certain improvement. Three groups of drugs can be more effective to treat functional constipation accompanied by abnormal emotional state(anxiety, depression), improve quality of life and satisfaction.
