Study On The Mode Of Community Pension In Chengdu Medical Care System

In 2016,the "White Paper on the Development of China's Pension Industry"was released for the first time.By the end of 2015,there were about 230 million elderly people aged 65 or over in China,which accounted for 17%of the total population.Among elderly people,empty nesters and elderly people living alone were close to 1 Billion people,China's aging status is no doubt.Entering an aging society is a natural trend in the economic development of a country.However,the particularity of China lies in the fact that the oldest people are not rich and have not prepared for the first time to determine the intricacies of China's pension problem.In recent years,the traditional home-based pension and institutional pension models have become increasingly inadequate to meet the needs of elderly people such as senior citizens,disabled people,empty nests,and sick people.The effective supply of old-age care services is obviously insufficient."As early as 2013,the State Council compiled and released the "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Health Services Industry," and proposed measures to promote close cooperation between medical institutions and community nursing homes,and began to build a new "medical support" pension based on the community.This paper selects part of the "Medicine and Nursing" community nursing home institutions in Chengdu as an empirical research area,conducts field surveys on community-based medical care and community nursing home nursing homes,and initially analyzes the status quo of the combination of medical care and support in China and the development of community aged care institutions..Secondly,based on the comprehensive considerations of political factors,economic factors,cultural factors,and other relevant social factors in the empirical survey area,the problems and causes that hinder the promotion of the "medical support" community care model are identified.Finally,based on the situation of the development of community-based pension institutions for "medical support",the feasibility countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to meet the diversified needs of the elderly in China in terms of health and old-age care,and they hope to better improve and develop the urban "medicine" in China.Raise and combine the development model of community pension,comprehensively improve the quality of life of the elderly.
