BackgroundPostpartum subinvolution of uterus is a common post natal complications, its adverse effects on the physical and mental health of female has aroused widespread concern in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, every year in our country has more than 2000 million maternal. In the process of natural postpartum recovery many of which exist in varying degrees of postpartum uterine involution, foreign reports, also known as the phenomenon has upward trend. On the study of postpartum subinvolution of uterus is more and more extensive and in-depth. The treatments of modern medicine on postpartum subinvolution of uterus are various, such as injection oxytocin or oral drugs (such as Chanfukang Ke Li、Xinshenghua Ke Li、Yinmucao Pian) to strengthen uterine contraction, oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (such as Shenghua Tang), acupuncture, massage, microwave or infrared physical therapy and physical therapy for ultrashort wave, the effects are different because maternal need to baby nurse. Although there is a certain effect, each has its advantages and disadvantages, further search for comfort and noninvasive means of rehabilitation is very necessary in promoting postpartum uterine involution. With the development of science, there are new drugs, new therapies, new ideas constantly emergence. The acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy which combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment is proposed with its unique advantages, which is based on a direction of comfortable and noninvasive, the research in this area is relatively few at present. To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action treatment of postpartum subinvollution of uterus with acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment.ObjectiveThe study follows the DME principles and methods, applies acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy to cure postpartum subinvollution of uterus assess the recovery after abortion by using randomized controlled clinical trials and observing the amount and timing of vaginal bleeding and pelvic ultrasound, evaluate its efficacy and safety and provide a theoretical basis for further clinical application and promotion to service the reproductive health of postpartum women.MethodsIn this study, a prospective randomized controlled trials of parallel design,90 selective patients which were met the screening criteria were randomly divided into three groups:treatment group①(using acupiontis stiking therapy); treatment group②(using bioelectrical feedback therapy) treatment group③(using acupiontis stiking therapy+bioelectrical feedback therapy); There were 30 cases in each group. By observing the amount and timing of vaginal bleeding and involution of uterus then establish database, statistical analysis data to determine acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy to cure postpartum subinvollution of uterus and compare in all groups.ResultThe uterine size line has certain improvement in three groups after treatment. Comparing the amount of uterine size and line each other: treatment group③< treatment group②<treatment group①, there were significant differences between groups (P<0.05). The intrauterine echo/dark area in three groups have disappeared or shrunk. Comparing the number of cases of each other after treatment:treatment group③> treatment group ②>treatment group ①; But by Kruskal-Wallis test, there were no significant differences between groups of total effective rate (P>0.05). The amount of vaginal bleeding in three groups have reduced. Comparing the number of cases of each other after treatment:treatment group ③> treatment group②>reatment group①; But by Kruskal-Wallis test, there were no significant differences between groups total effective rate (P>0.05). The duration of vaginal bleeding in three groups has shorten. Comparing each other after treatment:treatment group ③< treatment group ②<treatment group ①, there were significant differences between groups (P<0.05)ConclusionBoth acupoint sticking therapy and biological feedback therapy have obvious effect on promoting postpartum uterine involution, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, especially acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy to cure postpartum subinvollution of uterus. Acupiontis stiking therapy combine with bioeletricity feedback therapy to cure postpartum subinvollution of uterus has effective in treatment which is worth popularized and applied in clinic.
