The Research And Development Of Music-Electromagnetic Vibration Physiological Information Feedback Therapy System

With the rapid development of national economy and increasing social pressure,"chronic fatigue" has become one of the main factors that threaten human health in the21st century. However, Vibroacoustic Therapy has significant positive influence on the physical and mental health of human beings. Vibroacoustic Therapy makes human body feel the music by auditory sense and touch the vibration through tactile sensation, and uses music art to achieve the remedial goal of human’s physical and psychological health by adjusting human’s psychology feelings.This paper designed and developed a system of music-electromagnetic vibration therapy with additional physiological information feedback module. It included four modules:physical symptoms detection module, the vibration module, the microcomputer program design and PC software system.Physical symptoms detection module contains physiological information detection circuit and control circuit. Skin temperature was measured by the temperature sensor under constant current source. Skin impedance was measured using50KHZ sine wave served as excitation source and the four electrode current excitation voltage. C8051F020was used as core chip in this circuit. As thus, it achieved the physiological parameters acquisition and communication between the upper and lower position machine. Mattress is mainly embodiment form of the vibration module, which contains audio, preamplifier circuit and hardware filtering circuit. It can achieve the transformation of sorting and audio frequency signal of vibration signals, and control the mattress vibration frequency and the headset volume.Lower machine includes a serial port communication program design and the AD sampling. The precision of sampling system under a machine is improved by using a sampling-averaging method.The PC software system includes five modules,such as Users of the system management, The patient records management, Music therapy module, Serial port communication Settings module and Print module. The users system management module is designed to realize the information to users and permissions management, to prevent non authorized personnel landing system for information.The patient records management module is designed to manage the cases and the basic information of the patients,such as adding cases,deleting cases, changing, query operations and so on. Music therapy module is designed to play and choose music, to automatic display and store the physiological parameter information. Serial port communication module is designed to the communication of the upper-position computer and lower-position computer.It included control handled by the lower-position computer, receiving on board the physiological parameter information and selecting a serial port and setting communication format at the same; Print module is to print the case of the patients.In the clinical experiment, volunteers can quickly enter a state of calm, the volatility rising phenomenon of skin temperature and the skin impedance values appear before and after the treatment. After the treatment, volunteers generally feel relax, eliminate fatigue, tension and improve negative emotions. After a few times treatments sleep quality of volunteers are obviously improved. Their feedback shows that the music-electromagnetic vibration biological feedback treatment system can meet the design requirements and have certain curative effect.
