Objective:Based on the biological stimulation feedback treatment method,by observing the therapeutic effect of using biological stimulation feedback treatment within 2 hours postpartum on postpartum non-lactating women to promote postpartum lactation and uterine rejuvenation, the intervention effect of this treatment method in the clinical application process to promote lactation and uterine rejuvenation and the influence of time factors on its efficacy were explored. To provide a reference for the clinical use of biostimulatory feedback therapy to promote postpartum lactation and uterine relapse. Methods:The data of this subject were collected from 80 primiparas who met the inclusion criteria during childbirth in the obstetrics and gynecology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random principle. The control group received biostimulating feedback therapy + routine nursing 24 h after delivery, and the experimental group received biostimulating feedback therapy + routine nursing within 2h after delivery. The treatment time of the latter two groups was 30min/ time,once/day,for consecutive 3 days.Maternal general information, the start time of lactation, breast fullness, newborn satisfaction, milk quality, newborn weight, fundus decline, uterine bleeding, etc.were collected respectively, and the clinical efficacy and differences between the two groups were observed,so as to provide clinical basis for biological stimulation feedback therapy to promote postpartum lactation and uterine recovery.Results:1.Baseline data results for two groups of participants:After statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, height, educational background, weight at admission, gestational age,and newborn weight(P >0.05).The results showed that the baseline data of the two groups were comparable.2.Results of evaluation indicators related to lactation: After different treatment methods, the clinical effect of the test group was better than that of the control group in terms of the starting time of lactation, the level of prolactin at 72 h postpartum, the degree of neonatal satisfaction, breast filling and milk quality, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Results of evaluation indicators related to uterine involution: After different treatment methods, the two groups of subjects compared the amount of lochia in the first 24 h,the second 24 h and the third 24 h after delivery. The results showed that the number of milliliters in the test group was higher than that in the control group. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The comparison results of the height of the fundus at the nodes of 24 h,48h and 72 h after delivery showed that the height of the fundus in the test group was lower than that in the control group. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Based on the advantages of biofeedback stimulation therapy, the use of biofeedback therapy within 2 hours after delivery has a good effect on promoting postpartum milk secretion, improving newborn satisfaction, milk quality, promoting postpartum lochia discharge and uterine recovery, etc.,and this treatment has a low sense of pain,non-invasive,convenient,good clinical compliance and many other advantages. It is safe to operate as required. The clinical results showed that the therapeutic effect of biofeedback stimulation at2 h postpartum was better than that at 24 h postpartum for promoting lactation and uterine rejuvenation.
