Objective:To investigate the clinical nurse three hospitals compassion fatigue, professional identity recognition and job satisfaction situation to investigate the relationship between the three, clinical nurse mobilize their enthusiasm for work, to improve their work attitude to provide reference and basis.Methods:convenience sampling method to select Jilin three hospitals of 590 clinical nurses (585 valid questionnaires parts) anonymous survey. Using survey tools include self demographic data, medical compassion fatigue scale, professional identity and job satisfaction scale scales. T test with SPSS 17.0 software, univariate analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and processing of data.Results:1 clinical nurse compassion fatigue total score (102.96 ± 8.65) points, entries were divided into (2.86 ± 0.27) points, six dimensions of the entries were divided into: stress (2.57 ± 0.49) points, enthusiasm loss (3.09 ± 0.52) points, negative behavior (2.94 ± 0.46) points, apathy (3.01 ± 0.54) points, the ability to doubt (2.92 ± 0.47) points, morale loss (2.60 ± 0.43) points.2. Clinical nurse professional identity score of 2.69 ± 0.24 points, each of the scores in descending order:skills, communication, satisfaction, flexibility and leadership3. The overall satisfaction score of nurses (74.17 ± 11.36) points. Nurses’ job satisfaction dimensions average (out of 5) all dimensions highest and lowest entry-average satisfaction was statistically significant (P<0.05), the results show that the intrinsic satisfaction was significantly higher than nurses and general external satisfaction.4. Nurses different age groups and ability out of compassion fatigue doubt, loss of morale score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); marital status of nurses out of compassion fatigue and the ability to doubt, loss of morale score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different qualifications of nurses out of compassion fatigue, negative behavior, apathy and suspicion ability scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P <0.01); different age care nurses out of compassion fatigue and the ability to doubt, to fight the loss of score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different nature of work and the morale of nurses in addition to the loss of negative behavior dimensions (P<0.05) There was no significant external (P> 0.05); different monthly income of nurses out of compassion fatigue, loss of enthusiasm, negative behavior, the ability to doubt, to fight the loss of scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01).5. The different age groups of nurses out of professional identity, leadership, communication and satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different educational professional identity of nurses total score and scores of differences were there was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different age care nurse professional identity total score and the scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); the difference in nature of the total professional identity of nurses points, the dimensions of leadership and satisfaction scores were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different monthly income of nurses out of professional identity, flexibility and satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01).6. Different qualifications of nurses working in general satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); different age care nurses working in general satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01); the difference in nature of nurses working in general satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05, P<0.01); different monthly income of nurses working in general satisfaction, intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction scores of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01).7. Clinical job satisfaction dimensions and compassion fatigue among the scores were negatively correlated (P<0.01), with compassion fatigue scores showed increased job satisfaction but fall, and vice versa with the professional identity, work satisfaction scores decreased, compassion fatigue rise. Clinical dimensions of job satisfaction and professional identity was a positive correlation between the scores (P<0.01), with the performance of professional identity score increased job satisfaction also increased, whereas with professional identity score decreased work satisfaction decreases.Conclusion:The clinical nurse compassion fatigue total score (102.96 ± 8.65) points, mainly influenced by factors as age, marital status, education and the like. Care managers should pay attention to take effective measures to enhance nurse optimistic, positive attitude, the overall improvement of nurses’mental health.2. Clinical nurse professional identity score of 13.46 ± 1.09 points, each of the scores in descending order:skills, communication, satisfaction, flexibility and leadership, mainly due to age, education, age care, job nature and monthly income factors, hospitals should carry out a variety of special education to make nursing care workers recognize that work is a meaningful and valuable work, to improve their organizational identity and passionate about their work, the love of the nursing profession.3. The overall satisfaction score of nurses (74.17 ± 11.36) points, intrinsic satisfaction of nurses was significantly higher than the external and general satisfaction, nurse care managers should fully understand the individual factors of the positive psychological forces, actively develop nursing staff psychological capital and potential to improve their level of performance of nurses to improve clinical nursing job satisfaction.4. Clinical job satisfaction dimensions and compassion fatigue among the scores were negatively correlated (P<0.01), with compassion fatigue scores showed increased job satisfaction but fall, and vice versa with the professional identity, work satisfaction scores decreased, compassion fatigue rise. Clinical dimensions of job satisfaction and professional identity was a positive correlation between the scores (P<0.01), with the performance of professional identity score increased job satisfaction also increased, whereas with professional identity score decreased work satisfaction decreases.
