Objective To investigate the effect of nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment in cisplatin induced acute kidney injury,and explore its possible mechanisms.Methods ①Twenty-eight male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group (seven), cisplatin group (Twenty-one)and cisplatin group divided into one day,three day,five day three group,every group has seven mice.Acute kidney injury model was induced by cisplatin (20mg/kg) which was injected by single intraperitoneally. Then to collect blood and nephridial tissue,observe serum creatinine (Scr)、urea nitrogen (BUN).Furthermore, the morphological changes of renal tissues were observed under microscope. ② Twenty-eight male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group (seven), control group with nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine (seven),cisplatin model group (seven)and treated group with nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine(seven).Then the nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine treated group and the nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine control group were given the nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chinese medicine and other two groups were given physiological saline by gavage,last six days.On the three day the mouse model was induced by cisplatin which was injected by single intraperitoneally. Then to collect blood and nephridial tissue,observe serum creatinine (Scr)、body weight、renal weight.Furthermore, the morphological changes of renal tissues were observed under microscope.Results ①The levels of Scr and BUN was significantly decreased in three model gr-oup when comparing with normal control group,there were significant different (P< 0.01). The levels of Scr and BUN was significantly decreased in cisplatin three day model group when comparing with cisplatin one day and five day model group, there were significant different (P<0.01). On optical microscope,three model group renal tubular edema and necrosis degree decreased,but three day model group more serious. The levels of ATN score was significantly increased in three day and five day model group when comparing with normal control group, there were significant different (P<0.01);three day model group increased more significantly, there were significant different (P<0.01).②The levels of body weight and right renal weight were significa-ntly increased, the level of Scr and ATN score was significantly decreased in normal control group and treatment group when comparing with model group,there were sig-nificant different(P<0.01). On optical microscope, renal tubular edema and necrosis degree decreased, inflammatory cell infiltration decreased.Conclusion Cisplatin(20mg/kg) was injected by single intraperitoneally can induced BALB/c mice acute kidney injury,three days of renal tissue damage is the most serio-us.The method of nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe of traditional Chine-se medicine reduces the serum creatinine of the cisplatin nephropathy models, impro-ve the pathological changes of renal tissue,can treatment acute kidney injury.
