| Objective: This study observed the clinical effect of Qiangxin Capsule in the treatment of senile CHF(the yang of heart and kidney deficiency) and the effect BNP.Methods: 60 cases of syndrome of heart and kidney yang deficiency in elderly CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group. Control group using CHF standard basic treatment program( specific see the back treatment plan). Treatment group under the background of conventional western medicine treatment, Add in the preparation of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of TCM, Qiangxin Capsule. Batch number:Z20082569A, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day, 14 days for a course of treatment. Observe the changes of plasma BNP in the patients and the treatment of senile CHF(the yang of heart and kidney deficiency)clinical curative effect after the course of treatment.Results:1. The plasma BNP level in the groups all decreased after treatment, the decline in the treatment group was more obvious. Compared with the Control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. The observation of clinical curative effect: The Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment. In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.3%, better than the Control group of 70%.By Independent sample t test(P<0.01).3. The Treatment group had a significant improvement in cardiac function, LVEF and6 MWD. And the effect was better than the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion: Under the background of CHF standard drug therapy, Combined with the Qiangxin Capsule can further reduce the plasma level of BNP in patients with CHF. Qiangxin Capsule can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of elderly patients with CHF,the curative effect is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment.Bring new hope to the patients with CHF. |
