Clinical Observation On Qiangxin Capsule In The Treatment Of Heart Failure With Mid-range Ejection Fraction(Yang Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney) In The Elderly

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangxin Capsule in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Mid-range Ejection Fraction(Yang Deficiency of Heart an-d Kidney)in the Elderly.Methods: Dividing 66 patients that diagnosed as Heart Failure with Mid-range Ejection Fraction(Yang Deficiency of Heart and Kidney)in the Elderly into a c-ontrol group and a treatment grouprandomly,33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional anti-heart failure western medicine,and the treatment g-roup added Qiangxin Capsules on the basis of conventional western medicine for 14 days.At the end of the course of treatment,the two groups of TCM single symptom score,TCM syndrome total score,TCM syndrome effect,cardiac function effi-cacy,6-minute walking distance,Minnesota heart failure quality score,serum BNP and other indicators were compared.Result:Both the control group and the treatment group have a certain effect in treating deficiency syndrome of Heart Failure with Mid-range Ejection Fraction(Yang Def-iciency of Heart and Kidney)in the Elderly.The treatment group has obvious advantages in improving TCM syndrome total score,TCM syndrome efficacy,6-minutewalking distance,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score,and serum BNP tha-n the control group(P <0.01).It was superior to the control group in improving p-alpitations,cold limbs,fatigue and asthma,abdominal pain diarrhea,oliguria and edema,and cardiac function(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups in terms of improving the symptoms of sports wheezing,pale or gray face(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Qiangxin Capsule has the effect of alleviating clinical symptoms,i-mproving heart function and quality of life for Heart Failure with Mid-range Ejection Fraction(Yang Deficiency of Heart and Kidney)in the Elderly.
