The Clinical Research Of The Chinese Medicine Ten Ash Powder In Treatment Of Hormone-dependence Facial Dermatitis (HDD)

Objective: To investigate the clinical research and effects of the Chinese Medicine Ten Ash Powder in the treating corticosteroid addictive dermatitis(CAD) of blood-heat syndrome, preliminary discussion the effectiveness, security and effect mechanism of Ten Ash Powder in treating HDD of blood-heat syndrome.Methods: we randomly divide 100 clinical eases who conform to inclusion criteria of CAD with syndrome of blood-heat damage to the skin into two groups, and there are 50 patients in the either group. The treatment group which is treated by taking the Ten Ash Powder. The control group which is treated by taking the Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules. Topical drugs : two groups both use Hyaluronic Acid Repair Biomask of WINONA. Two weeks for a period of treatment, the total course of treatment for eight weeks. Each set of data for statistical analysis after the end of treatment, for evaluating the therapentic efficacy.Result:1.In the clinical curative effect, the results showed: the treatment group(50 cases,cured 19 cases(38%), 15 cases were markedly improved(30%), effective 12 cases(24%), invalid 4 cases(8%), the total effective rate was 92% after eight weeks.Control group 50 cases, of which 9 cases recovered(18%), 11 cases(22%), effective,17 cases were markedly improved(34%), invalid 13 cases(26%), the total effective rate was 74% after treatment. By chi-square test, P = 0.02 < 0.05, the difference wasstatistically significant, suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2. In terms of symptoms improve, statistical results show that the subjective symptoms, the treatment group in the itching, burning, pain, dry, tight feeling are better than that in control group; Objective symptoms, the treatment group in erythema, papules, pustules swelling, desquamation, capillary expansion is superior to that in control group, in terms of pigmentation, skin atrophy, no obvious difference was found between two groups.3. In the aspect of safety,both groups, there was no obvious adverse reaction,before and after the treatment of laboratory examination of blood, urine, stool routine,liver and kidney function were not found obvious abnormality.4. In terms of relapse, two months of follow-up after treatment,the treatment group and control group 30 cases each. In treatment group the bounce rate was 10%,the control group the bounce rate was 43.3%,(P < 0.05) statistically significant, the bounce rate of treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion : Chinese Medicine Ten Ash powder in the treatment of CAD of blood-heat syndrome is a safe and effective treatment, and can shorten the treatment course, relieve symptoms, should be widely applied clinically.
