Objective:O’clock in the analysis before chemotherapy, early, middle and late four different time in breast cancer symptoms the frequency, intensity, symptoms of composition, analysis of the symptoms due to the different time points of the law; and breast cancer patients on chemotherapy stage time difference of symptoms and quality of life, provide technical support to symptom management scheme.Method:Between December 2015 and March 2016, in the medical treatment of breast surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Patients with breast cancer surgery and postoperative chemotherapy, female only, a total of 215 patients at four time points before chemotherapy (T1), first times after chemotherapy (T2), third (T3) after chemotherapy and sixth chemotherapy after (T4) conducted a questionnaire survey, investigation and record of breast cancer patients with general information, symptoms frequency, severity and quality of life. The Anderson symptom assessment scale and the quality of life assessment scale and Karnofsky score and statistical analysis of breast cancer patients were surveyed at four time points. The survey data were analyzed with SPSS18.0 statistical software. Inspection of all statistical tests was used to test the bilateral, with P lower than 0.05 was the level of test indicated significant difference.Result:1. Breast cancer patients in the incidence of the symptoms of different points in time is not the same, of which the rate of more than 20% of the symptoms in T1-T4 the numbers of symptoms in (5.87± 2.43)-(12.04 ±4.32) fluctuated between, T1 frequency highest symptoms were fatigue (58.23%), anxiety (49.8%); T2 occurrence frequency of symptoms (73.45%), fatigue, poor sleep (71.74%); T3 occurs when the frequency of the symptoms of hair loss (100%) and fatigue (82.67%), T4 occurred frequency of symptoms is still alopecia (100%) and fatigue (84.53%). Visible fatigue is the high incidence of symptoms throughout the entire period of chemotherapy.2. In the phase of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients, the symptoms expressed in four time nodes respectively populations exist difference, before chemotherapy (T1), for the first time after chemotherapy (T2),3rd after chemotherapy (T3),6 times after chemotherapy (T4) respectively 3,5,6,6 symptoms precipitated, respectively, containing mental symptom group, pain related symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, self image damaged symptoms and nervous system related symptoms. Among them, at least two of the number of symptoms in T1 period, with the number of symptoms of chemotherapy gradually increased, the number of T2 to 5, and to T3, T4 when the number has become 6.3.T1 expression for psychological symptoms severity of the highest index (1.73± 0.03), in the course of chemotherapy, gastrointestinal symptoms group (1.90± 0.13) and self image damaged symptoms (1.80± 0.27) slowly to serious development, also nervous system symptoms group (1.22± 0.02) began to appear, to T4 is the main focus of breast cancer patients concentrated in the form of self damage symptom group (2.26± 0.91).4.The physiological condition at each time point change difference is not big. And social and family status each time changes, the expression difference is not outstanding, but emotional fluctuations will follow chemotherapy evaluation score will increase, by T1 (17.18± 4.43) rise to T4 the highest value (19.19±2.55); functional status at each time point is constantly changing, the overall decreasing trend; additional function is gradually reduced by T1 (33.34 ± 3.36) to T4 of (29.27± 5.84). Not only in accordance with the variance results can be known, in the course of chemotherapy for breast cancer patients due to the difference between the nodes, the total score significantly different (F=6.19, P=0.001).5. Breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in the course of time difference in quality of life factors compared function dimension is divided equally (1.79±0.67) minimum, followed by physiological status (2.41±0.65) with additional attention factors (2.74±0.44).6. The correlation of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy of symptoms and quality of life analysis results, negatively related to pain related symptoms group physiological condition severity and quality of life and additional attention (r=-0.21,-0.48, P<0.01; r=-0.31-0.48, P<0.01); perimenopausal symptoms group severity was negatively correlated with their physiological state (r=-0.16,-0.46, P<0.01); negative correlation with the severity of symptoms of gastrointestinal physiological status (r=-0.24 -0.41, P<0.01); self image damage symptoms were negatively correlated with additional attention (r=-0.09 -0.28, P<0.01); and related neurological symptoms and emotional state and additional concerns were negatively correlated (r=-0.21 -0.27, P<0.01; r=-0.15 -0.24, P<0.01).Conclusion:1 The characteristics of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients:the difference in the number of symptoms at different time points, the severity of the symptoms of high, high incidence rate.2 Patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy, the number and severity of symptoms at different time points are not the same and changing.3 Breast cancer patients with symptoms and quality of life expressed as a negative correlation. |
