| Objectives To explore the intervention effect of resourcefulness training combined with mindfulness training on depressive symptoms and quality of life of patients after PCI,and to provide evidence for effectively improving depressive symptoms and quality of life of patients after PCI.Methods From October 2020 to July 2021,four cardiovascular medicine wards with similar medical and nursing standards in a tertiary hospital in Tangshan were numbered and randomly divided into control group, resourcefulness group, mindfulness group and combination group by drawing lots.Depression symptoms were screened for patients in four wards after PCI,and 132 patients with depression symptoms were screened,33 patients in the control group, the resourcefulness group, the mindfulness group and the combined group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the three intervention groups were given resourcefulness training, mindfulness training, and resourcefulness training combined mindfulness training respectively on the basis of routine nursing care. The intervention lasted for 12 weeks, once a week, and followed up for 12 weeks. The Chinese version of Cardiac Depression Scale(C-CDS),Resourcefulness Scale(RS),Chinese version of Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(Ch-FFMQ)and the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)were used to evaluate depressive symptoms, resourcefulness level, mindfulness level and quality of life of patients at before intervention,12 weeks after intervention and 24 weeks after intervention respectively, and the intervention effect of resourcefulness training combined with mindfulness training.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and repeated measurement mixed effect model was used to analyze the data of each evaluation index of the four groups of patients at different time points. Results 1 Before intervention, there were no significant differences in depressive symptoms, resourcefulness level, mindfulness level and quality of life score among the four groups(P>0.05).2 After 12 weeks of intervention, the results of the mixed effect model showed that compared with the control group, the estimated effects of the intervention groups on patients’ depressive symptoms were(-8.441,-14.464,-19.517),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated intervention effect of mindfulness group on patients’ resourcefulness level was4.622,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the estimated intervention effects of the resourcefulness group and the combined group on patients’ the resourcefulness level were(12.546,13.010),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated intervention effects of the three intervention groups on patients’ mindfulness level were(23.553,29.176,37.261),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated intervention effects of the three intervention groups on patients’ quality of life were(42.289,41.034,76.240),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3 After 24 weeks of intervention, the results of the mixed effect model showed that compared with the control group, the estimated effects of resourcefulness group and mindfulness group on patients’ depressive symptoms were(-3.957,-5.313),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the estimated intervention effect of combined group on patients’ depressive symptoms was-12.911,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated intervention effects of the resourcefulness group and mindfulness group on patients’ resourcefulness level were(2.818,2.662),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the estimated intervention effect of the combined group on patients’ resourcefulness level was 7.010,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated intervention effect of the resourcefulness group on patients’ mindfulness level was 4.705,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the estimated intervention effects of the mindfulness group and combined group on patients’ the mindfulness level were(6.539,12.413),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the estimated effects of the intervention groups on patients’ quality of life were(31.093,18.828,53.176),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Resourcefulness training combined with mindfulness training can improve the depressive symptoms and quality of life of patients after PCI,and the intervention effect is better than the single resourcefulness training and mindfulness training.Figure13;Table39;Reference 107... |
