These 200 patients as research subjects and their general characteristics data descriptive statistics. The t test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the quality of life of patients with lung cancer and the comparison of life quality before and after chemotherapy Results: 1. Related factors of life quality or 200 cases with non-small-cell lung cancer are as follows:There is no significant difference of the total health status between patients with different ages, between male and female, between patients with different education level, income or marital status, between smokers and non-smokers,between patients with anemia and those without anemia, between with and without ions disorder. 2. Nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, insomnia, loss of appetite score higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the difference in other areas is not statistically significant(P > 0.05). 3. Related factors of depression in 200 cases with non-small- cell lung cancer:The depression scores in patients with non small cell lung cancer(P>0.05) were not statistically significant in age, gender, education, income level, marital status, smoking, whether there was no anemia, there was no difference between the factors. 4. The change of depression before and after chemotherapy in 200 cases with nonsmall-cell lung cancer:Before chemotherapy, 92 cases have depression, accounting for 46% of the total patient. After 3 cycles of chemotherapy, 126 patients were depressed, accounting for 63% of the total. The number of patients with depression after chemotherapy increased(P<0.05). See table 5. The depression score of patients increases after chemotherapy(P<0.05). Conclusions: 1. The life quality of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer is not significantly different between patients with different age, gender, education level, income level, marital status, smoke history or anemia. 2.
