| Objective:To observed and evaluated the efficacy of massotherapy in treating children funtional constipation (syndrome of dyspepsia and internal thermal).Methods:A total of 66 cases of children funtional constipation which met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases of each. The treatment group was treated with pediatric massotherapy, while the control group was taken lactulose oral solution. Two groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment. After two course of treatment, observed the TCM symptoms score changes before and after the treament, and the recurrence after treatment a month’s later of the cure children to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Compared the total score and each symptom, there were significant difference between two groups before and after treatment, it showed that both two groups had effect.2.Comprehensive curative effect comparison:Comparison of the clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 93%. Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%, and the the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference wassignificant, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the curative effect.3.Comparison of the improvement of the symptoms of TCM including bowel degree of difficulty, defecation interval in main symptoms, abdominal distension and pain, no thought of food and milk, foot and heart heat, dysphoria, red tongue and yellow thick in secondary symptoms, the fifferences were significant, showed that the treatment group was better than the control group; but to improve then quality of main symptoms of the TCM symptoms, disturbed sleep, short and yellow urine of secondary symptoms, there was no significant difference between the two groups, indicated that the effect of the two groups was familiar.4.Comparison of the recurrence of cured patient of the two groups after the treatment a month later:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 37.5%, while that of the control group was 75%. The fifference was significant. We can found that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1. Pediatric massotherapy for treatment of children funtional constipation (syndrome of dyspepsia and internal thermal) have a accurate effect, and superior to the control group.2. The long-term effect of massotherap on constipation in childrern is good, and has no site effects, which is worth to be spread. |
