The Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Xiaoer Biantongkeli In Treating Childhood Functional Constipation-Dyspepsia

Purpose:compared with placebo, objective evaluation of pediatric tong granule treatment of children with functional constipation, dyspepsia the efficacy and safety.Methods:using randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial in parallel, will be included in the standard of80cases randomly divided into treatment group of60cases and control group20cases. Treatment group given to children and particles, the control group given a placebo, course of treatment for14days. Compare the two groups after treatment with stool every character, defecate difficulty level, interval time, primary symptom score and total score of syndromes, comprehensive curative effect and syndrome curative effect, etc. Test in the process of checking the three conventional and electrocardiogram (ecg), liver, kidney, and truthfully recorded adverse events, to its security.Results:after full course of treatment, comparison between groups, the treatment group’s main certificate after the first two cure integral are much smaller than the control group (P<0.001); Defecation time interval improvement is not obvious compared with control subjects (P>0.05). Comparison group, the treatment group after treatment of the main three points, main card total score and total score of disease are much smaller than main card integral treatment (P<0.001).
