Clinical Observation Of Jiaweijianling Decotion In The Treatment Of Non-Premonitory Migraine(Asthenic Yin Causing Predominant Yang)

Objective:From patients of chinese medince syndrome,attack times,degree,duration,adjoint and severity symptoms of headachy to Clinical curative effect of Jia Wei Jianling Decotion in the teartment of non-premonitory mingaine(asthenic yin causing predominant yang)Methods:Selected in accordance with the standard of clinic cases of 40 cases of this study included given daily with Jiawei Jianling Decoction in the treatment of, with 300ml water decoction, twice a day, morning and evening service. Respectively before treatment and after treatment after medication for 2 weeks,4 weeks, to record the score of patients with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, headache attack frequency integral, headache pain severity score, headache duration calculus, other accompanied symptoms integral observed the changes and variations in the severity of headache.Results’. Studies have shown that at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, headache significantly improved clinical symptoms, curative effect evaluation of total efficiency were 37.5%,97.5%; after 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment, TCM syndrome improved significantly, TCM efficacy evaluation of total efficiency were 85.0%, 97.5%.Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after, headache symptoms total score was significantly lower, and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.01); headache the clinical symptoms score showed, after 2 weeks of treatment, treatment for 4 weeks after treatment of integral were decreased, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.01). Patients with headache severity for 2 weeks,4 weeks after severe and the number of patients with moderate headache significantly reduced, mild patients increased significantly, no headache patients increased, before treatment,2 weeks and 4 phase comparisons, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.01). Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after, TCM syndrome improved significantly, total score decreased significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.01); TCM syndrome significantly improved integral display, after 2 weeks of treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment compared with integral front were decreased, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Jia Wei Jian Ling decoction can obviously improve migraine without aura (hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type) of patients with headache attack frequency, headache pain degree, lasting time and other accompanying symptoms, headache severity and TCM syndrome.
