Clinical Study On Jiawei Jianling Granule In Treating Elderly Patients With Isolated Systolic Hypertension(Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Jianling Granule in treating elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type).By comparing the symptoms of traditional chinese medicine,the changes of ambulatory blood pressure and the changes of blood pressure variability before and after the treatment,the effect of Jiaweijiling granule on simple systolic hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type)and its effect on blood pressure variability were discussed.Methods : From January 2019 to February 2020 in the Department of Geriatrics and Cardiovascular Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,EISH patients who meet the inclusion criteria,dialectical belong to the type of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,divided into two groups according to the random number table method(36 cases each in the control group and the treatment group).The control group was treated with amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Jianling granule orally for 14 days.Before and after treatment,the changes of 24 h of ambulatory blood pressure,blood pressure variability,TCM symptom score,safety index were recorded,and all the data were determined by statistical method.Results:(1)Both groups could significantly reduce 24 hSBP、24hDBP、PP(P<0.01),but the 24 hSBP 、 24 hDBP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Antihypertensive effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(87.5%).The antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(75%).(4)Both groups could significantly improve the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment(P<0.01),but the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01).(5)There were significant differences in the treatment group in improving vertigo,headache,lumbar acid,soft knee,five upset heat,palpitations,insomnia,tinnitus,amnesia(P<0.01),and the control group in improving vertigo,headache,insomnia symptoms(P<0.01),lumbar acid,soft knee,five upset heat,palpitations,tinnitus,amnesia before and after treatment(P>0.05).(6)Both groups can reduce blood pressure variability(P<0.01),but 24 hSSD、24hDSD of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).(7)There were no adverse drug-related reactions in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that Jiawei Jianling granule was safe and reliable.Conclusion:Jiawei Jianling granule has good effect and safety on elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type),can effectively reduce the 24 h systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood pressure variability,and has obvious effect on improving patients with vertigo,headache and other clinical related symptoms,which is worthy of clinical popularization and use.
