Clinical Study Of Jiawei Jianling Decoction In The Treatment Of Senile Hypertension With Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang

Objective:1.Observing the clinical efficacy of Jiawei jianling Decoction in reducing blood pressure and improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in elde rly hypertensive patients with liver-yang syndrome.2.Observe the effect of Jiawei jianling Decoction on the safety indicators of the tested patients and evaluate their safety.Methods:Sixty patients with eligible hypertension in old age and TCM syndrome di fferentiation as liver-yang syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment gr oup and a control group.The treatment group was treated with conventional W estern medicine plus Jiawei Jianye Decoction and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 14 days.At the end of the treatment period,the patient’s blood pressure changes,sympto ms of TCM,and safety indicators were observed.Results:1.Blood pressure efficacy: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 63.3%.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the antihypertensive effect treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate in the tre atment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%,and the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results s howed that the improvement of TCM symptoms was better than that of the co ntrol group.3.Safety observation index: there was no significant difference in safety r elated indicators between the two groups before and after treatment,and no ad verse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion:The experimental results show that the curative effect of modified Jian ’ou decoction combined with irbesartan tablets in treating senile hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang,stable hypotension and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms is superior to that of western medicine alone,and it has better clinical curative effect.1.Jiawei jianling decoction combined with western medicine can more eff ectively reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of patients comp ared with western medicine alone.2.the improvement of Jiawei jianling decoction combined with western m edicine in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as vertigo,tinnitus,bitte r taste,flushed face,irritability,insomnia and soreness of waist and knees is s uperior to that of the control group,which provides some new ideas for clinic al treatment of senile hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang by tradition al Chinese medicine.
