Clinical Curative Effect Obsercation Of Shenqi Promoting Urination Soup Therapy After Breast Cancer-Related Lymphedema

Objective:Evaluated clinical curative effect and safety effect of shenqi promotion urination soup therapy on lymphedema after breast cancer operation by clinical observation.Methods:Divide 76 qualified patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis who suffered from lymphedema after breast cancer operation into experimental group and control group randomly with 38 patients in each group. Experimental group was treated by shenqi promotion urination soup and control group was treated by Aescuven forte tables(produced by Lida Pharmaceutical Factory of Germany). Patients did daily nursing and functional exercise of reasonable affected upperarm when taking medicine. Do statistics and observe effects after two weeks, and four weeks again.Results:(1) Through integral comparisons between the experimental group and the control group in terms of patients’subjective symptoms of affected upperarm and accompanied symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before treatment and after treatment two weeks later and four weeks later separately, there’s obvious integral differences (P<0.01) between treatment-before and treatment-after in experimental group while there’s no obvious improvement and no differences in statistics (P>0.01) in control group. There’s difference in statistics between these two groups after treatment (P<0.05). It shows that effects on experimental group is better than that on control group in releasing patients’subjective symptom of affected upperarm and accompanied symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.(2) Through integral comparisons of patients’KPS living quality score before and after treatment four weeks later separately, there’s obvious integral differences (P<0.01) between treatment-before and treatment-after in experimental group while there’s no obvious difference and no differences of statistics (P>0.01) in control group. There’s difference in statistics between these two groups after treatment (P<0.05). It shows that effects on experimental group are better than that on control group in raising patients’living quality.(3) According to clinical observation on curative effects, total effective rate was 84% in experimental group after treatment while 56% in control group. Efficient of experimental group is higher than that of control group. There’s difference in statistics (P<0.05)Conclusion:According to patients’characteristics of asthenia of healthy qi and sthenia of pathogenic factors after breast cancer operation, man-made shenqi promotion urination soup has the function of benifiting qi and nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis for removing edema. According to clinical observation on curative effects, shenqi promotion urination soup,84% total efficient, is worthy of promoting for that has significant therapeutic effect on patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis who suffered from lymphedema after breast cancer operation with no toxic-side effect.
