PurposeIn a preliminary understanding of the present situation of domestic and foreign disputes, on the basis of a hospital in disputes as samples, the survey case out of the hospital and analyze the characteristics of the disputes and the reasons, and in the light of these characteristics and reasons, constructive Suggestions are given.MethodsThrough to the relevant laws and regulations and literature reading, disputes to perform some of the qualitative research. O n the basis of a hospital in 2006-2008 disputes happened between the case use statistical methods, clear the characteristics of the dispute. Use with managers and expert panel and interviews and other way, the author puts forward some Suggestions.ResultsThe characteristics of the dispute case five: complaining dispute generally been the number increased year trend; Service complaints ratio is high; Clinical departments happened more than complaining dispute; Be complaints perso nnel structure to the Lord; doctors Dispute amount pay increases year by year.Dispute case occurred as the result of three kinds of 16 classification, the first kind, no liability dispute complaint case:①patients of the legal concept strengthened;②The effect of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with high expectations;③Patients to hospital has deliberately manufacturing pressure to achieve the purpose of the claim. The second type, service the medical dispute complaint case:①.Medical personnel service attitude of the poor,②The doctor and the patient and family communication does not reach the designated position;③ctor to the patient and family informed told not in place;④Medical personnel sense of responsibility, the attitude is actually carele ss;⑤Test the establishment of projects is not standard. The third kind, responsible disputes cases complaints. Accountability disputes complaint :①Medical personnel too confident, negligence;②Communication with the patient's family is not enough, not fully informed;③The operation of the accident to the doctor, inadequate understanding;④Operating the doctor actually careless operation. Disputes between technical complaint :①Medical personnel professional technology level is not high,②Medical personnel experience;③Medical personnel clinical thinking mode is not correct;④Medical personnel did not strictly implement the rules.ConclusionThrough this research, medical instit utions for prevention and decrease medical disputes provide the following measures:①improve the medical staff of the professional ethics and service consciousness;②strengthen medical staff skill training and business level;③Strengthen medical personnel medical risk understanding and legal consciousness,④strengthen the management of department, especially the operation department management ;⑤strengthen the communication between with the patient;⑥Strengthen and social communication, as far as possible to change the social public to the medical institutions, promoting the impression of medical work understanding people;⑦Improve the quality of the whole hospital culture, to carry out the rules and regulations, and strengthen the personnel management.
