Objective: Occlusion methods is applied for treatment of the food impaction without anatomical structure destruction, using micro-CT to quantitative evaluate the occlusal adjustment effect of food impaction to rovide quantitative criteria for clinical occlusion. Methods: 80 cases of the food impaction without anatomical structure destruction to clinical occlusal adjustment. For not fully cured patients with occlusal adjustment again. After a month, follow-up tracking its curative effect, turn over the teeth after impression, using micro-CT to measure the length of the adjacent line and angle of embrasure between the two teeth, group the length and Angle, statistics the number of patients with different curative effect under different lengths and angles, for not fully cured people, using the same measures to deal with and analysis the results. Results: The food impaction of patients have different degrees of improvement after occlusion once or twice. After the last occlusal adjustment, the cure rate is 78.75%. The cure rate is statistically difference of different lengths and angles. Among them, when adjacent line length is 1.5 to 2.5 mm and embrasure angle > 70°, the cure rate of patients with the highest, is 94.59%.Conclusion: Occlusion can be effectively treated the food impaction without anatomical structure destruction, the curative effect of patients with relatively well. Especially when the group that adjacent line length is 1.5-2.5mm and embrasure angle >70°, the clinical curative effect is the best.
