The Intelligent Mobile Comprehensive Information Service Application Platform

In order to realize the full coverage of public health service,promote the level of information system application,and build up a more accomplished medical service system,the intelligent mobile comprehensive information service application platform is introduced based on the medical and health information project constructed by Luoyang City government.The research and development of this platform is mainly to get hospitals,communities, residents, health terminal devices, patients and medical staffs closely related through a integrated service platform that covers all the fields.The platform provides a set of health monitoring data acquisition terminals, the establishment and management of community health records and wireless terminals shared among health and medical institutions, doctors and patients for all residents.Due to the difficulty of the synchronization of the data and cleansing of municipal provincial heterogeneous database distribution through health monitoring terminal hardware communication in different formats, it is difficult to collect data from the same model. To solve this problem, the construction of a unified formed multilevel distributed database is proposed. The project aims to build up a community data center, in which the data can be coverged to the municipal or provincial data center through the data bus model. Besides, it collects instant and timely phusiological parameter data through a wired wireless network from the community residents of family health monitoring terminal to realize the key function such as family members phusiological index search and emergency warming, which may help solve the key problems in this research.This study is focused on how to establish a unified format for multilevel distributed database and ensure that the health monitoring data acquisition terminals maintain the same model.The data is collected, transformed and loaded with the assistance of ETL data processing tools. The essay detailedly explains data cleaning problems in the progress of the data transform, and introduces the principle of the data cleaning, the evaluation criteria for the algorithm and approximately duplicate record detection algorithms,outlier records algorithms which are commonly used, and also introduces the data cleaning strategy, then proposes a data cleaning algorithm which detecting approximately duplicate database records method based on rank group. The superiority of the algorithm is verified by experiments,and the algorithm which may effectively optimize the performance of data processing in intelligent hospital mobile information integrated service platform.Based on the completion of the above work, the research provides an overall design scheme for the construction of intelligent hospital mobile information integrated service application platform,then shows and tests the main function modules of the intelligent hospital mobile information integrated service application platform.
