With the deepening of the aging of the populatio, and the quickening of the pace of social life, the problem how to take care of the elderly gets more and more attention. The pension issue has become a hot social issue. When the concepts and technologies of pension services develop, the wisdom pension becomes trend. The wisdom pension was first proposed by the British life Trust Fund, which is also called "an intelligent older system". Through the use of sensor technology, data processing technology, web technology and mobile technology, it can transform the service model and management methods of traditional pension, which provides adequate care for the elderly living, health care and spiritual solace, and makes the elderly enjoy high quality pension service. In this paper, data fusion technology is used into wisdom pension platform to analyse the elederly’s routine data. Based on the result of data fusion, the platform provides personalized pension service. It’s a partial solution to the pension problem.This paper presents a general framework of the wisdom pension platform based on data fusion. The platform is divided into the infrastructure layer, data support layer and application layer. The infrastructure layer includes wisdom pension terminals, network deployment, and other hardware resource deployment. The data support layer has two parts, data store and data fusion. According to the difference of the function, the application layer is devided into medical health subsystem, active care subsystem, community activities and service subsystem, and rescue security subsystem.This paper focuses on achieving the health care subsystem, including the detailed design of the wisdom pension terminal, the health data fusion and the medical health functions. The wisdom pension terminal sends information to the gateway through Zigbee network. The gateway completes the communication with the data processing center. The data processing center use Apache MINA receiving data from the gateway and smart watches, and use Spring & Hibernate to store data in MySQL. Quartz framework is used to run the data fusion mission at regular time, which gets data from MySQL. The result of the data fusion is the elderly’s physical condition. Struts framework is used for MVC architecture to handle web requests. EasyUI & Ajax technology completes the web Community Pension Service Center. Android technology completes the Home pension software based on smart phone and TV.The test results show that the function meets the actual demand, and has a strong practicality. |
