Mobile hospitals can implement mobile instant diagnosis and treatment for critical patients in remote areas,emergency rescue,battlefield environments and other scenarios that lack advanced fixed medical facilities,thereby reducing medical problems caused by poor fixed medical facilities,unbalanced allocation of medical resources,and a small number of professional doctors.casualties.Portable medical integrated terminal is the key guarantee for mobile hospitals to realize real-time diagnosis and treatment information collection and communication in different places.It’s information processing technology directly affects the effectiveness of mobile telemedicine system and has important research and application value.This thesis takes the 5G mobile communication industry terminal for mobile hospital applications as the carrier,through application requirement analysis,key technology research,core function development and joint debugging test verification,the 5G industry terminal information processing technology and its software system are studied,designed and verified.accomplish.The main research work and characteristics of this thesis are as follows:1.Adapt to mobile telemedicine application scenarios,research and design the 5G industry terminal information processing technology architecture and software system overall scheme for mobile hospital applications.The current situation and deficiencies of mobile terminal information processing technology are systematically demonstrated,and the data acquisition,processing and transmission framework between multi-source heterogeneous medical equipment in mobile hospitals,5G industry terminals,and telemedicine centers is constructed.Medical data flow process.2.Adopting the R&D idea of layering and modularization,the 5G industry terminal information processing software system and the application program of its core modules for mobile hospital applications are designed and implemented.Based on the epoll I/O multiplexing technology,the collection of physiological sign data and video data from multi-source heterogeneous interface devices is realized.The technology realizes the correlation display of CNN processing results,software and hardware running status of5 G industry terminals,positioning information,peripheral equipment status,remote expert diagnosis and treatment decision opinions and other information,and realizes the remote transmission of medical data based on 5G network.3.In the mobile ambulance under the actual application scenario,the function and performance tests of the overall software system and each core module are realized,which all meet the system requirements and research goals.The 5G industry terminal can nonblockingly collect medical data generated by medical equipment with 4 heterogeneous interfaces(USB,RS232,RJ45,Wi Fi);it can preprocess 6 medical data,and the accuracy rate of CNN pre-classification prediction is as high as 99%;page It can dynamically display monitoring information;the delay of ultra-high-definition video in the entire system transmission process is less than 1 s.The 5G industry terminal information processing software system studied and designed in this thesis has the characteristics of multi-functional module integration,multi-device access and multi-scenario multiplexing,and realizes the application of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,CNN,and 5G communication in the field of telemedicine information.Innovation provides a reference for in-depth research on multi-field integration applications such as intelligent decision-making,edge cloud computing,and remote surgery.
