Objectives TCM treatment Prescription and Syndrome Differentiation System is a mathematical model of three level structure,which analyses clinical cases use the language of mathematics, ueses traditional Chinese medicine “herbs power” as a unit of measurement, and bases on the “Yin-Yang sphere and eight principles systemic structure”. This research usees TCM Treatment Prescription and Syndrome Differentiation System analysis of 30 clinical cases of chest pain patients. To display of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment process objectively. Methods 1 collect clinical cases:To make a Case Report Form, including the case of a diagnosis, two, three diagnosis, prescription,medicine and diagnosis and treat information. The clinical cases of 30 cases of chest pain were collected, according to the Case Report Form; 2 Establish database: The establishment of the database, including the “herbs power” of chest pain are commonly used in clinical medicine and chest pain case information; 3 Case study of TCM Treatment Prescription and Syndrome Differentiation System: The treatment process of 30 cases of chest pain patients are analyzed by TCM Treatment Prescription and Syndrome Differentiation System of mathematical threedimensional analytical.
