The thesis re-recognizes the disease’s pathogen andpathogenesis, principle and method of treatment,the use of chinese herbs and clinicalthoughts.Methods:Collect dysmenorrheal literature Tang Dynasty to the end of the yea2010r,summarizes its etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiations,therapeutic principleand general therapies qi-deficiency; The thesis studies the prescriptions treadingdysmenorrheal with statistic methods;separately analyzes the characters of the law of thetreatment of dysmenorrheal in terms of different routes of medication from the frequencyanalysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis;analyzes and discusses holistically thedisease’s order of prescriptions and herbs,syndromes and treatment and order of herbscompatibility.Results: The frequency analysis showed that:invigorate the circulation of blood,tonic,regulate the flow of qi,heat frequency of sedative drugs76.02%,constitute thetreatment of all evidence dysmenorrheal,the main drug prescription;factor analysisshowed that the treatment of dysmenorrheal,all evidence of the drugs dysmenorrhealtonic, and invigorate the circulation of blood drugs for the heat Lord; in the clusterformed by Fang,tonic and regulate the flow of qi drugs are more compatibility.
