The Research On Literature And Order Of Prescriptions And Herbs, Syndromes And Treatment Of Spotting During Pregnancy And Fetal Irritability

The thesis analyzes the literature of TCM from Han Dynasty to the end of the year 2008 and the prescriptions and herbs treating spotting during pregnancy and fetal irritability recorded in them with the means of combining literature research and statistic analysis.The thesis is devided into three parts: In the first part,the thesis summarizes systematically the disease's name, characteristics of the pathogenesis of the month, etiology, pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs,principle and method of treatment,and prescriptions and herbs by means of traditional literature research and collecting related ancient and modern literature.In the second part,the thesis studies the prescriptions treading spotting during pregnancy and fetal irritability with statistic methods; separately analyzes the characters of the law of the treatment of spotting during pregnancy and fetal irritability in terms of the times before Song Dynasty, Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties, Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern times from the frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis;analyzes and discusses holistically the disease's order of prescriptions and herbs, sydromes and treatment and order of herbs compatibility.In the third part,based on the results of literature research and statistics analysis,and in combination with the theories of TCM,the thesis re-recognizes the disease's pathogen and pathogenesis, principle and method of treatment,the use of Chinese herbs and clinical thoughts.The thesis puts forward the viewpoint that tonifying kidney and spleen should be the basic method of tocoltsis. In this part,the thesis summarizes basic prescriptions and herbs treating spotting during pregnancy and fetal irritability.
