Chinese medicine theory is one of the important theories in Chinese traditional culture, "Huang di Nei jing" is the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine Classics the human resource study which applys identification theory in "Huang di Nei jing" to management could provide Chinese indigenous management development with new research ideas. This paper describes the research background and significance at the beginning, expounds the present situation of research at home and abroad, lists the structure and route, then introduces the relevant theory and research on Similarity, and the thoery of "wu xing ren" in " Huang di Nei jing", Next, analysis the correlation of "wu xing ren" personality and the function of enterprise management by contrasting their similarities. At the same time, based on the personality of "wu xing ren" in "Huang di Nei jing", this paper design an initial questionnaire of "wu xing ren" personality. Then, according to the SPSS statistical tools, analysis the reliability and validity of the initial questionnaire, and use the factor analysis to modify the initial questionnaire, then get the formal questionnaire. Moreover, this paper apply the method of retesting reliability to questionnaires. Then the questionnaires are distributed to the enterprise financial personnel, and through the analysis of the SPSS and EXCEL to recycling questionnaires, then use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate financial personnel of "shui xing" personality. Further,this paper uses the empirical study to indicate the questionnaire has practical significance which based on "shui xing" personality in "Huang di Nei jing". Finally, this paper gives the corresponding analysis and suggestions to the typical financial personnel.
