Chinese medicine theory is one of the important theories in the development of inheriting Chinese traditional culture. Huangdi Neijing is the classics of TCM theory, applying the theory of identifying person in Huangdi Neijing into current human resources management, which can provide new study thinking for the development of Chinese local management.This article firstly introduces the research background and significance of this article, then expounds the research status at home and abroad and lists the framework and the route, furthermore, puts forward some research methods. Additionally, applying analogism with natural phenomena, similarity thought, wu xing system and wu xing personality theory to establish the corresponding relationship of the ’wu xing ren’ with five functional roles. Moreover, by recognizing face and search engine technology to excavate related data of private enterprises of 2015 China toppest 500 enterprises top management team members face image and then disposal the data classifyly, which combining with ’wu xing ren’ with face features to formulate the standard of ’wu xing ren’ face features identification of top management team memebers. And then count and analyze the proportion of top management team members complying with ’wu xing ren’ based on the standard. Additionly, collecting top management team members face data of Qingdao haier group, Ali group, Supor group and Qihoo 360 technology co., LTD. to analyze the proportion of top management team members complying with ’wu xing ren’.From which, to find the connection enterprise ranking and the consilient proportion. At the same time, coming up with some suggestions aiming at the four enterprises to verify that the’wu xing ren’ face feature theory has the feasibility.
